LLEAP 2012 PHILANTHROPIC SURVEY IS ‘LIVE’ HAVE YOUR SAY …

The 2012 LLEAP Surveys build on what we discovered from the surveys, interviews, feedback sessions and case studies in 2011.

The Chief Executive (or their nominated delegate) from a phylantrophic foundation or trust, a not-for-profit organisation working in education or a school in Australia is invited to participate.

LLEAP is the only national survey in Australia to gather information from multiple education grant maker and grant seeker perspectives.

Areas covered by the survey include:
• priority areas and target groups
• eligibility requirements
• main barriers
• in addition to a grant, other forms of assistance provided and sought
• key factors of effectiveness

Also, in light of Gonski’s major review of funding for schooling published in late 2011, the 2012 surveys seek feedback about the recommendation to the Australian Government on philanthropy in schooling (Recommendation 41).

Turning the LLEAP research into practical support is a key focus. See the 2011 LLEAP Dialogue Series Guide & Cases Companion documents:
